Ouria home is your home, meaning our home is your home.

Since 2019, we've expanded to house hundreds of friends throughout Sydney, with our diverse team having firsthand experience of the highs and lows of communal living. 

Many of us live, or have lived, in one of our properties, fuelling our passion to redefine what it means to share not just a space, but a community. We provide clean, affordable, all-inclusive and fully furnished rooms in conveniently located suburbs. Unlike conventional real estate agents with rigid contracts and high entry costs, we offer a stress-free solution for your living needs.

In 2019, Audrey and Gilles started Ouria Home, we are both passionate about improving the accessibility and quality of accommodation in Sydney. Mainly due to our own experience living in shared housing. We saw the opportunity to start our own co living community and Ouria Home was born. 

We now have a team of fully licensed professionals working with us to maintain the passion and standards we are after as an accommodation provider. 

We've had both fantastic and challenging experiences living in the city. Our objective is to create a space where you can enjoy the best moments, while we take care of the rest.
